The infographic highlights the main features of the Mirage 2000-5F, a French fighter aircraft used by Ukraine for air-defense missions.

The aircraft can reach around Mach 2.2, uses the RDY multimode radar, and operates with MICA EM and MICA IR air-to-air missiles.

The fighter is also equipped with two 30 mm DEFA 554 cannons, used for short-range engagements against different types of targets.

Its Snecma M53-P2 engine provides the performance required for high-speed interceptions and operations at high altitude.

The Mirage 2000-5F also features nine external hardpoints for weapons and equipment, as well as additional fuel tanks to extend its operational range.

In Ukraine, the aircraft strengthens the air-defense network by helping intercept drones, missiles and other airborne threats.
